Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how OneWorkSystem ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our field service management platform and related SMS/text messaging programs. Those programs include appointment reminders, job status updates, missed-call follow-ups, and service notifications sent on behalf of businesses that use our software.

Information we collect

When you use our services or receive messages from a business using OneWork FSM, we may collect:

• Mobile phone number (E.164 format)
• Name and service address (when provided by you or the service business)
• Message content you send or receive (including STOP/HELP replies)
• Opt-in and opt-out status and timestamps
• Job, appointment, or account identifiers needed to deliver service-related messages
• Technical logs (delivery status, carrier metadata, IP address for web portal access)

We do not collect mobile information for unrelated purposes.

How we use information

We use this information only to:

• Send transactional and service-related text messages you requested or consented to receive
• Operate scheduling, dispatch, customer portal, and call-center features
• Record opt-in and opt-out preferences (including STOP and HELP responses)
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and comply with carrier and legal requirements
• Provide customer support

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your mobile number or SMS data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not use SMS opt-in lists for unrelated advertising.

We may share data with service providers who help us deliver messages (for example, telecommunications carriers and our messaging infrastructure provider) solely to operate the messaging program, under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions.

Data retention

We retain message and opt-in records as long as needed to provide the service, honor opt-out requests, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize per our retention schedule.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that business's SMS program.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Contact the service business or support@oneworksystem.com for access or correction requests.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation appropriate to a business software platform.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
