General terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of websites and software operated by OneWorkSystem at my-eqms.com and related tenant domains. By using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

OneWorkSystem provides business software to organizations. If you are an end customer of a field service business using our platform, your service relationship is primarily with that business; these terms apply to your use of our customer-facing portals and communications channels we operate on their behalf.

SMS program terms

Program name: OneWork Field Service SMS Notifications

By opting in to text messages from a field service business that uses OneWork FSM (the "Company"), you agree to these SMS Program Terms in addition to these general Terms of Service.

Program description

The OneWork Field Service SMS Notifications program sends service-related text messages on behalf of the Company, which may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Technician en-route or arrival notices
• Missed-call follow-ups and callback offers
• Quote, invoice, or payment links
• Post-service review requests
• Membership or maintenance reminders

Messages are not marketing blasts unless you separately opted in to promotional texts from the Company.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive a few messages per job or appointment, and occasionally account-related notices. Typical volume is 0–10 messages per month for most customers; active service periods may be higher.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier. The Company and OneWorkSystem are not responsible for carrier charges.

Opt-out

You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive texts from that program unless you opt in again.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact the Company using the phone number on your invoice or service agreement. You may also email support@oneworksystem.com.

Supported carriers

Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and message data. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. OneWorkSystem does not guarantee uninterrupted carrier delivery of SMS or voice messages.

Changes

We may modify these terms or discontinue the SMS program. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
